Experience

Throughout the first year of my program, I have been actively involved with a therapeutic treatment team, dedicating time each week to collaborating with my peers and learning from my supervisor. Our focus has been on marriage and family and couple's work.

Specialties

I am a certified Prepare and Enrich facilitator and am undergoing training in Emotion Focused Therapy and the Gottman method. I am passionate about working with couples and young families, particularly as they navigate through relational stressors, adjustments, and transitions. I also enjoy offering faith-based therapy for clients seeking faith-based healing approaches.

How I Can Help

My goal in therapy is creating a space that feels safe and secure for people to experience the freedom and empowerment of healing and exploring places that are otherwise off limits or challenging. I believe in emotional expression and vocalizing wants, needs, and hurts to promote relational connection and intimacy.

I have a deep compassion for people and meet others with empathy as I recognize the profound power of healing found in therapeutic spaces.  In my free time, I enjoy going for walks outside, watching sunsets and sunrises, and gathering with friends for a meal.
